After a successful career in logistics operational and project management, Jon re-trained early 2000. 15 Years on Jon strives to expand Aquila whilst trying to maintain excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Office work is no good for my waist line.

After a short career in hospitality management Phil’s career has been in engineering. Initially as a mechanic, Phil opened his own workshop, working on hi-end vehicles such as Ferrari’s , Aston Martin’s and Rolls Royce’s. In 2007 Phil decided to re-train and became Jon’s apprentice. Taking to his new career like a duck to water demonstrating excellent workmanship and customer service skills, Phil became Operations Director and a company shareholder in 2012. Phil is a cheeky chappy.
On time
The work itself was conducted by three engineers Pete Kewn, Aiden and Zac Dykes. The three engineers were excellent, the way the job was planned and executed was 5 Star, nothing was to much trouble and they were also really nice guys.

Joanne has worked in administration and customer service for over 20 years. Holding an NVQ in Business Administration Joanne has looked after the office at Aquila for past 8 years. For her sins Joanne is married to Jon, so if you need anything cut out the middle man and go straight to the organ grinder.

From leaving education Adrian joined an apprenticeship scheme for a national heating firm, gaining valuable domestic and commercial gas experience Adrian fought off competition from his colleagues across the UK to be named apprentice of the year in only his 2nd year on the scheme. Since then Adrian has run his own plumbing business and joined Aquila in 2012. Looks can be deceiving.
